I don't know whether Guam is a Ferret-Free Zone or not, but when you find
out, please let me know -- I am trying to compile a comprehensive list for
the FMLers.  Have you contacted local authorities in Guam?
 
As for the rabies vaccine, yes, it IS effective in ferrets.  You'll want
IMRAB from Rhone-Meriux.  As for canine distemper, you want Solvay's
Fromm-D or United Vaccine's Fervac-D.
