Can anybody think of a reason why Rusty, an apparently healthy 3-pound
7-month-old male, would have lost the ends of all his whiskers on one
side? They look snipped cleanly off at 1/2 to 1 inch, and the remaining
ones look strong and healthy enough. It's happened twice now; in between
they began to grow back. His collar is leather, so it's unlikely they're
becoming caught in it. Any ideas?
