To Brian and the other gal who was talking about biting/chewing. It's never
ever okay for these guys to bite at all...not even in play.
Because.....number one... ferrets have a very very bad reputation as far as
biting. If we are to change peoples' views...

Every person I meet just about, if I tell them I have ferrets it's like,
"Oh...well..don't they bite? I heard a story..blah blah blah."

In some states, including mine, if a ferret bites someone...and w/o a rabies
record...they ferret will be taken and destroyed to check them for rabies.

In some states, as we know they are illegal. Some of that is because of the
biting stories. It's just that it's important that they not be allowed to
bite at all. One of mine bit me accidentally and they can bite HARD! Even
though it was accidental I made SURE she knew not to ever do that again. And
she doesn't any more. Anyway....steppin' down off of soapbox. <g>

And....winter coat? Poor gullible me...gee, I thought thier coats got
fluffier because I was doing a really good job with their nutrition.
:::sigh:::  <g> Oh welll....
