I like this idea! I have not posted for quite a while, so I would like
to share how I got captivated by these wonderful little guys. I had
never even heard of ferrets and one day my sister-in-law showed me her
new ferret. I was fascinated by this little guy named Bandit, and when
I saw that there were ferrets for sale in the newspaper I decided to
get one. I got my first ferret from a backyard breeder not knowing any
better. I got bit by her (the ferret, not the breeder!) the first time
I held her, but I didn't care.

I had no idea what I was getting into, but I fell in love with my first
ferret, Molly McFerret, and then ferret math kicked in! At times I've
been owned by 6 ferrets. That was back in the mid 1980s and I have
been owned by ferrets ever since. I currently have two ferrets.
