My mother-in-law was in Long Beach Island, NJ this past weekend and saw
some ferrets abandoned in the park. She said it looked like 2 adults
and 3 babies. She spoke with one of the people at the park who told her
he didn't know what should be done about it. If there any shelters near
there who could contact him and offer some assistance to try and save
them, please contact me. He gave her his contact information when she
told him that there were ferret rescues that could help (he didn't know
such a thing existed).
