Thank you to all of you who wrote informing me of a vet in my area.
Lolly went to the vet this morning and the news is not good. Lolly has
several masses in her abdomen as well as the one on her neck/throat.
Her fasting blood sugar was 67 so altho low, not what the vet would
consider insulinoma. The lump on her neck is too far down to be an
absecessed tooth altho the vet did examine her teeth. I asked about
aspirating the lump on her neck and the vet said that he could
certainly do that but that he was 95 to 99 percent sure based on her
symptoms and the other masses that Lolly has Lympho sarcoma. He gave
Lolly a cortizoid shot that will hopefully buy Lolly some good quality
time. He is aware that I am very concerned that Lolly not be in pain
or suffer and he assures me that she is not in pain. He says the shot
can dramaticly decrease the size of the tumors and give her back her
joy for 2 to 3 weeks and possibly a couple of months. If there is no
dramatic turn around by Saturday morning, Lolly will get her wings.

Once again, thank you so much for the help and thoughts send our way.
I apologize for the group email but I need to get a nap before going
to work the nite shift.

Jesus knows me, this I love!

Karen
