I need some advice from some more experienced FMLers. Here's the
situation

I have a ferret that is a little over 7 years old that has adreanl
cancer and is just now starting to show some signs of difficulty while
urinating. If you were to take a look at him you would never know he's
adrenal. He's really big with a full coat. I did have him on Lupron and
Melatonin until I had a health scare with him a few months back and
stopped that treatment. He gets saw palmetto in his duck soup every
night. I have spoken to my vet and we are trying to figure out what to
try next. I know that I have heard some people use propecia, and my vet
did some research and she is looking into getting him on flutamide.

I would like some advice on what people think works regarding an
enlarged prostate. Giving him the liquid melatonin is not an option
for me because I work full time and would not be able to give it at
the specific times needed. Any advice would be greatly appreciated and
I'm open to traditional medicine or herbs. I just want to have my baby
around for a few more years. I also don't want to do surgery because
of his age.

Thanks
Kimberly
