First I want to say how appalled I am on how the news media gets the
facts wrong. Or should I be?

I have known Carole since I moved down to Virginia Beach in 2003. She
has always been a selfless person taking in all the unwanted, old, and
sick ferrets when other shelters would not. She wasn't keeping the
dead ferrets in her freezer for any purpose then to get them cremated.
She uses her own money to run her shelter and found it was cheaper to
take them outside of town to get the ferrets cremated.

So before you judge her on what the media is reporting remember, the
media doesn't always give you the whole story AND the media likes to
sensationalize a story to get people hooked.

Carole is a wonderful person and does not deserve what is being said.
She devoted her life to helping ferrets and would never harm one.
