My friend place an add on "Pet Finders" to place his Ball Python and 2
Red Tailed Boas. After many e-mails and 5 weeks my friend received a
bank check from the person who wanted to purchase the snakes. The check
was for $2000 and we just found out from the bank that the check was a
FAKE. I have heard the warnings about fake money orders but never a
bank draft check.

So if you ever get an e-mail from someone looking to purchase your
snake, ferret, rat, etc. and the e-mail address is
[log in to unmask] be VERY leery of this person.

My friend is in the process of getting help from the local police to
find this person and file charges against them for fraud.
