Mandy, I happen to find the picture adorable. I love to find that my
ferrets are sleeping in strange positions. I once had two fall asleep
in a tube and it looked like a six foot ferret that was sable on one
end and silver on the other - I couldn't have posed it better.

There have been problems with people getting prizes from some of the
contests. I don't know what contests they are - and I don't care. Heck,
95% of the time, I don't even remember! You ask me to vote and I go see
a ferret that someone loves. It helps me know you better as a person
and it tells me you cared enough about the ferret in your care to spend
time with him.

Every time we are able to show the world what personable, cute critters
our ferrets are, it takes us one person closer to the acceptance of
ferrets by ferret non-lovers and allows attitudes towards them to be
shifted. When people can look at ferrets beside their birds, cats and
dogs, it helps them see them as pets. So, give Bandit a kiss and a
treat and let him know that he is an ambassador for ferret goodwill
within the animal world!
