I finally found out the difference between "chew" and "crunch".

According to "Dictionary.com" , ..To "Chew" means to crush or grind
with the teeth,..to Masticate.,.....To "Crunch" means to crush with the
teeth,..chew with a crushing noise. Humm, no difference, really.....I
think the only difference is "WHAT" is being chewcrushcrunched!...And
I thought 'most' of us agreed not to "TELL" someone what to do, but to
'share' or 'suggest' a solution to problems like Gina`s!?? I guess some
missed that part of the "verbal proposal"!....It`s Gina`s choice, and
from her posts, she said what SHE & her Mother Didn`t like,....so Gina,
put all the "suggestions", & none of the "this is what is wrong"
preachings, into a log, and try what you think is correct for your
fert, your family, & your "peace of mind" about the diet!! I know "I"
don`t want to see 10 "RED-GLOWING EYES" staring from the cages, when
I try to cook a chicken dinner! (you scared me, Alexandra!)....

I`m laying on my LEFT side tonite in bed,...cages behind me.......!
