Please post this corrected information on Parepectolin...
 
It is NOT the "the clay preparation in Kaopectate".  The clay in
Kaopectate is called "Kaolin", & Kaolin is also an ingredient in
Parepectolin.  Parepectolin is essentially Kaolin (like Kaopectate) PLUS
Paregoric, an opiate ingredient (& old-time remedy) used to control
diarrhea.  I do no know anything about the safety of opiates in ferrets,
so please do not substitute Parepectolin for Kaopectate without checking
with your veterinarian.
