I've had an adrenal survey of sorts on my ferret health care website for
several years.  As of this moment, 2038 people have responded to the
questions.  One of the questions is, when was the ferret spayed/neutered.
 
1539 said the ferret was spayed or neutered before sexual maturity, 61
after sexual maturity and 428 didn't know when.  10 of the respondants
said the ferret was a whole ferret.
