Hi everyone, believe it or not, I read this post on one of my
*homeschooling used curriculum* email lists of all places!!! Now, I've
emailed this woman & obtained her permission to post this on the ferret
email lists & message boards I belong to. Please do not email me--email
her...her location, phone #, and email address are all included in her
post. I am in disagreement with some of what she has typed in her post,
but what can I do? I thought the best thing to do was to try to post it
among fellow ferret lovers & hopefully they'll find a good forever home
vs. another undesirable situation.

Please help us!!!
Our teenager, who loves us very much, doesn't seem to have time to play
with us anymore. She is on a competitive dance team and while we do like
to watch her dance, she isn't home much and we miss her.
You know how cute kittens are? Well, we are like that our whole lives!
We are cute and cuddly and we come with our own condo! That's right a
condo! It is about 5 1/2' x 4' x 2' (is only one year old) and it has
lots of different levels for us to play on. We have a hammock and a bag
we like to sleep in and on the bottom floor there is a litter box we like
to use. We are selling both ferrets, the cage, and various accessories
for $350.00
We would love to have a home where there is a room that you can let us
out of our cage to run around. We love to crawl around in grocery bags,
that is our favorite! We also like to tunnel around in the sheets while
you are making the bed.
We are about 5 years old and we are brother and sister so we would really
like to stay together. We are going to the vet next week so you will
know we are healthy and we are up to date on our shots and stuff. We
don't eat much, (we have been known to eat cat food) and we are very easy
to take care of (just litter box duty) so even younger kids can take care
of us.
We don't bite but we do get playful (just like kittens) and we just need
a grown-up to trim our teeny little nails sometimes. You can even give
us a bath, which our teenager really likes to do because we make her
laugh so much when we are in the tub.
We are really so much fun and we make great pets but our teenager's
mother is feeling sorry for us because our teenager is never home
anymore. So if you like to have fun please give our teenager's mother a
call and see if you might want to buy us. Both ferrets, the cage, and
various accessories for $350.00
We are looking to sell them along with the cage, not have them adopted.
This is due to the amount of money we have invested in them. We have a
$275.00 cage that is only one year old and the ferrets were $75.00 each.
We are asking for $350.00 dollars for all, including various accessories.
We live in Finksburg, MD which is just outside of Baltimore, MD.
