Senator Hawkins, Chairman of the Virginia Senate Agriculture,
Conservation and Natural Resources Committee, would like to inform
you that a subcommittee will be meeting on Friday, January 17, 2003,
at 8 a.m. to discuss SB 895 and SB 950 regarding companion animal
rescues.  The meeting will be held in Senate room A in the General
Assembly Building in Richmond.
 
For those of us that live and/or rescue in Virginia, it is imperative
that we attend this meeting!  Please speak out in favor of SB950 and
why you support Sen. Quayle's bill!
