Mark and Peta,
 
Be careful with the nutrical.  It is so dense calorie wise that if fed
too much, it will keep the animal from eating regular foods.  Feed it,
but in moderation.
 
Mix your ensure with baby food and see if they will eat it out of a bowl.
 
Another good supplement is manteca, beef lard.  Mix it with your nutrical
or in your duck soups.  It will help give them some good fat to build on.
 
Do press it too much, just feed them and let them settle in and I am sure
they will start picking up weight in no time.  Let them get over being
stressed in a new home and they will be fine.
