Hi Friends,
Rocky's Ferret Rescue & Shelter in Parkton, MD is in need of a
microscope. Does anyone out there reading the FML have a good quality
microscope they would be willing to donate or charge a small price for?
Rocky's would cover all shipping charges.

Our shelter director, Barbara Clay, would be able to avoid some
unnecessary veterinary charges by having a microscope at the shelter. If
she suspects coccidea, she currently has to take the ferret to the vet.
99% of the time, the ferret does not have it and it is money wasted. She
knows what to look for and knows what it looks like. If we had a good
quality microscope, she could look for it at the shelter and take only
the sick ferrets to the vet.

Please email me [log in to unmask] or Barb [log in to unmask]
if you have a microscope you'd like to donate.

Thank you,
Vicky Edinger
