While I hate to be hitting the same note over and over again, we are just
beginning to understand how common IBD in ferrets is, and a previous
history of ECE is probably the most reliable indicator of IBD in ferrets.
Plus if only one of the ferrets has it, it points to IBD.  Has your vet
discussed taking an intestinal biopsy?
 
You may want to examine your recipe for ingredients that may be
contributing to diarrhea.  Many recipes contain a lot of nutrients, but
not all of them are appropriate for animals with diminished absorptive
capacity.
