Laura, I can so relate to your post.  Each ferret I pick up I cuddle up
to my face and tell them how they are my "favorite" and count the reasons
why.  My husband will protest "You just told (the other one) that HE is
your favorite, and I say "It's true.  I can't help it.  It doesn't make
sense, but they are each "My Favorite".  Your post was great validation.
