I've had to put a couple to sleep, so I know what you are feeling.  You
have to give yourself permission to go on without her.  You did all that
anyone could possible do for her, including giving her a painless passing
when the time came.  Now you need to realize that you have no fault in
this.  No one could have done more.  Please, love the one you still have
and begin considering getting her a playmate.
