If it is the size of a pinhead - it is likely a small cyst of a scent
gland, and as such very well may not need removal. However, if it
continues to grow, then there is a definite possibility of a skin tumor
and routine surgery (with general anesthesia) will be needed to remove it.
At this point - we can easily watch it for a little while.
