Bruce Williams asked me to let the FML's members know that his leaving
had nothing to do with Debbie's mention of her vet's name.  Furthermore,
he hopes that she will continue to be part of the Ferret Mailing List
community.
 
He wrote that his departure instead was due to the intentional pain which
had been inflicted upon some members by others here, and that he wants
people to please be clear about this point.  He is afraid that perhaps some
have led Debbie to feel uncomfortable when she was not at fault, and hopes
that if anyone has been tempted to such actions that they, please.  stop
immediately.
 
Bruce will continue to help Debbie's Templeton as he has so often helped
others.

My personal note: I do not know if anyone misunderstood and chastised
Debbie about this.  Ironically, if that did happen then those individuals
would themselves have been engaging in just the type of action which led
to Bruce's departure.
