Condolences to those with lost, missing or angeled rip-off artists...
 
What do they steal?
 
Stuffy: Anything electronic...even if you are sitting on it...he KNOWS its
there and that he needs to steal it!
 
Smokey: My daughter's hair brush, my sneakers and the cordless phone.
 
Rusti: Nothing.  She just scoots from one sleepy spot to the next, unless
she smells snacks!
 
Hershey: The curly cord from the base to the handset on the phone.  Oh...he
also steals snacks from the other ferrets...even if he has reach in their
mouth and yank it out!  He then runs for dear life, munching on his stolen
treat!  He also grabs the cat (who weighs about 12 pounds) by the scruff
and shakes the daylights out of him!  The cat *tries* to get away, but
Hershey won't let him get on his feet!
 
Taz:  Steals the peanut butter chips snack can.  He also steals anything
the cat tries to play with.
 
Chewy: The treat containers.  He's a big ferret, but too close to the
ground to succeed in stealing these containers.  But he tries very hard!
He also likes to steal my sneakers, but can't get very far with them.
 
Fuzzer: My insoles from my sneakers and anything that belongs to the cat.
 
Ziggy: Balls of any kind.  None of the balls that he finds will fit
underneath anything, but he'll spend a very long time trying to force
them in anyway!
 
Add-A-Kiss: My daughter's clip-on hair bows, her comb (but not her brush),
the Ferretone bottle, pens, pencils (she's just a little thing, so her
loot has to be small, too) and anything she can get out of the trash.
 
Once, Ziggy climbed up the outside of Chewy's cage and had a tug-of-war
with him over a toy that was inside Chewy's cage.  They both fought for
that toy for a long time before Ziggy gave up! :)  Chewy then pulled it
into the middle of the top floor, then layed right on top of it and went
to sleep! :)
