Disguising Pediapred Addendum

As an annonymous FMLer pointed out, I did not mention the ratio of cream
to Pediapred that we used for Max; it was a 1 to 1 ratio.  Max was on .5cc
of Pred 2x per day.  We just sucked up .5cc of Pred first and then sucked
up .5cc of the cream and it mixed itself in the syringe perfectly.
