I had asked this a few days ago, and haven't received any responses, so I'll try again. This past weekend I found Floyd eating paper towels. I don't know how much he had eaten, but I'll guess and say that this was a fair amount for a ferret. I know that in hamsters (I guess I'm taking a shot in the dark here) they cannot digest paper towels, and I know paper towels can do a number on your plumbing. So...what about in ferrets? I've been pumping him full of laxatone, but not much is coming out his back end. I'm going to get him into the vet Monday (which is their only opening), but is there anything I should be doing? Could these pass on their own? Or do paper towels not break down in a ferret's tummy? Thanks in advance for any help you can give me. Jaymi + The 9 Chubby Bundles of Fur! [Posted in FML issue 2894]
