Dear Bob, I have been following what has been going on with the Ferret Mailing List lately with regards to your store. Just a mention, unlike most of the other people commenting on that subject, I HAVE been to your store, albeit it was a few years ago when you were apparently just starting out. I can tell you that the place left a bad taste in my mouth at that time and you didn't even carry ferrets then. Your employees were uninformed and disrespectful (rather than answer my questions, two of your salesmen chose to go hide and not come back to talk to me about care for some of the herps you were carrying). Needless to say I never went back or thought twice about your organization until it came up on the FML. My opinion of your store is not an issue here. What I am suggesting, in light of all the hub-bub that has been raised, that perhaps you subscribe to ferret mailing list and address some of the issues that are being discussed with regards to your business, rather than banter and smart-ass the people posting and requesting information from you. If you don't, I can assure you that some of these people don't let go of a topic and will go to the ends of the earth to torture you. In my opinion, if you subscribe and post to the FML, I believe you would fare better, and make a good name for yourself amongst the ferret lovers on the internet and be endorsed by a large group such as this one, rather than take a beating and get boycotted. Yes? Sincerely, Diane Dederick His Response: >Thanks for your thoughts, >We have the ability and resources to stick to our guns. ><boycotted> that's an interesting comment? >Ferret orders for supplies are up dramatically Huuummmm.
