Sklya I ordered some 1/2 price stuff from pets.com on Oct 3. Everything except the TF Active was shipped on Oct 8 and arrived here the 15th. I called them 2 days ago to ask the status of the TF. The phone was answered promptly by a very helpful person named Jeff. He couldn't give me any information on when they would get the TF, even after checking with his supervisor, but he assured me they would not be cancelling the order (though I could cancel if I wanted). He also checked to see what other sizes they might have in stock that they could send instead. They only had the 12.25oz bags, so he said he would send a couple of bags to tide me over.
