Or you can do it the REALLY lazy way like I do and buy it already ground up
from a butcher. 8)
 
He grinds the entire thing up and only charges us 3 bucks for the whole
thing!
 
But his counter help question to Linda was the best: "Do you guys have
wolves or something?" 8)
