Performance Foods has a new phone number, 303-410-1101.  When I called
their old number a couple weeks ago, I did get a message that the number
had changed to the one above.  Not sure why you are getting busy signals.
If you get a hold of them at the new number, you may want to let them know
what is happening.
 
They have not yet updated their web pages <http://www.totallyferret.com>
with the new phone number.
