Previous Subject: "Responsible for ferret math"

Just an FYI, as I am a property manager and would STONGLY SUGGEST to any
apartment resident:

The only way to protect yourself and your ferrets from a manager change or
management company change is to SIGN A "PET ADDENDUM" which states you
have "said pet/pets" with the permission of current manager and management
company. (as with all other lease paperwork it is signed by all residents
involved for said apt and by management) also, (get a copy of signed
documents for your records)

No matter how many managers or management companies change WITHIN YOUR
CURRENT LEASE AGREEMENT you are said to be 'GRANDFATHERED IN".

However, at the end of your current lease you may not be renewed but will
be given proper notice to vacate and without any problems.

Good luck to all the apartment ferrets:)
Sincerely,
Plashette and my wild seven
