HI....I mostly surf....and don't post very much....but I have a problem.... We have a little 6 month old boy....Slinky.....that has a major biting problem...nothing we've tried...from tapping his nose and telling him no...to putting him in a cage for time out has helped.....He plays just fine sometimes....and then for no apparent reason that we can find he bites......Once he does bite...he doesn't let go...and has to be pried off of whatever human person he managed to get ahold of.....I have him confined to one room...because he bit my 8 year old on the leg and had to be manually removed.....I'm at my wit's end....the other three are loving little darlings....they occasionally put their teeth on you...but never bite.....the problem now is even if I manage to get him to stop...I'm afraid I won't ever be able to trust him around my kids....I have a 4 year old and an 8 year old...... I don't know what to do....my husband bless his heart has had enough... *sigh*.....I was wondering if any of you knew of someone who would be able to help him.....We live in Tulsa, OK.....but I'd be willing to drive up to 5 hours either direction if I could find someone that could give him a good home. It needs to be someone with lots of ferret experience...and probably no kids...or at least not little ones....... He's a big boy...has been neutered and had his rabies and distemper vaccinations 3 months ago......Compared to my other 3 he's huge.....He's a sable.....and really is a beautiful little fuzzbutt.......and as far as I can tell....he seems to get along fine with the other 3.....<2 females and a male>........ Thanks a bunch... Lorraine... [Posted in FML issue 2528]
