Please get it in writing before taken ferrets in or out of state.  One
family had called the states to ask if their ferrets would be legal in
California, where the families new home and job would be located.  Well as
they went thru customs, you can guess the rest - the family no longer have
their 2 ferret family members.  All because they were given the wrong info
via phone.  So please get it in WRITING before you leave or enter any
country.
