we had a boarding rabbit (someone's pet that eascaped. definately not a wild one. netherland dwarf i believe.) that showed up in our driveway last week. after it's quarantine showed it to be quite healthy and altogether sweet tempered i allowed my ferrets to meet the rabbit a bit and then separated them again. this morning the rabbit woke up dead. he died in a familiar relaxed position with his feet draped over the bar of the upsidedown crib he was in. it took me a minute to realize he was dead, i probably wished the stiff little sucker a good morning. :( of course, the whole room is being sanitized (made less insane?) as we speak, but what kinds of things are my little fuzzbutts, (not to mention my other rabbit, cat and dog) looking at. i'm watching for just about anything. can you say paranoid? help!! thanks, embies ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~ Be bold in what you stand for and careful of what you fall for. ~ Ruth Boorstin ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~ [Posted in FML issue 2453]
