I have had ferrets since 1980....they have not been illegal in New York
State in that time & probably before that....they did have to be licensed
up until last year when that silly law was finally taken off the books.  am
I correct in asuming that this Jane person, who said such negative things
about ferrets is a member of PETA, or is just affilated with the
maginzine???  I support PETA but if this is the way they think I will have
RE-THINK my feelings towards this organization...
