Just had a bit of an idea which may help or prove benign in Michigan. What about putting together some info packets for the judges who were on Kodo's side (My bet is that Bob J. still has that info; otherwise an archive search should find it easily.) about the 1998 Compendium and the Michigan state authorities saying that they are now recommendting quarantine, but how some local authorities continue to ignore the data. Mention that if the bill could be passed then judges could be spared the sort of painful situation they faced with Kodo, but that this can't be remedied until the bill is no long stalled. Ask what useful contacts they have who can help. Sometimes WHO you know is essential. [Posted in FML issue 2344]
