This FML contains the posts separated from this morning's FML which
debate the issue of shelters also breeding.  The FML was too large
otherwise, and these posts were the biggest related chunk of posts
that I could pull out.
 
This special issue is very specific so feel free to delete it if this
subject doesn't appeal to you.
 
The regular FML for 21st of May will follow in a few hours.
