Just a note of clarification on the survey results document: it's just my
notes from the survey, the notes you've already read on this list, anyway.
No names or addresses of individual survey members are released.
 
Since I released the survey results in four or five chunks, I thought
someone might like to get them all compiled into one, big document.  So, I
consolidated them together, and they are yours for the asking.  It's just
plain ASCII text, nothing fancy, and I think it's under 100K in size.
Please just let me know if you'd like a copy!
