Folks, PLEASE, remember that this is an international list.  In fact, it
was begun by a Canadian!  When folks want to work across borders -- local,
state, national -- hey, remember that many differences (often including
nationality) just aren't as important to folks on the internet as those
which existed between residents of neighboring counties used to be to my
parents.
