Pepe' and I live in MA but frequent RI to go sailing all the time.  My
question is: Do I need a licence or permit to bring Pepe' into RI and how do
I go about getting one if so???  I want to bring him with me to Block Island
or Newport sometime but do not want to loose him over some silly law.  Can
any of you Rhode Islanders help me out!!!
