For the last few months, Psycho has been muttering nonstop whenever he's out of the ferret room. They get two or three daily runs in the basement, and whenever Psycho gets out of the room, he starts a deep dooking that goes on constantly. It's not as if there's anything new and exciting in the house - it's been pretty much the same for years. I doubt if it's because he's detecting the scent of the new ferret, Gromit, since he began doing it before Gromit joined the family. I don't have a problem with this, in fact, it's extremely endearing. I'm just curious as to why he'd start this after being almost completely silent all his life. Anyone have any ideas? Any experts in ferret language? In case it makes any difference, Psycho is just turning 5 years old, and is very healthy. He's also deaf. He's one of those blaze ferrets, with the W....syndrome (forgot what it's called). <-------Stan Siatkowski------<<< Stan & Terrie in Toronto with <---Toronto Archery Supply---<<< Mookie,Cecil,Psycho,Cocoa,Stash and GROMIT!
