When light is falling all around
And crashing waves obscure the sound,
There is a heart that beats aloud
And brings a peace to calm the crowd.

There is a joy that fills the heart
When those unknown become a part.
The world is smaller, softer, sweet
When love extends it's hands and feet.

Though all seems dark and somber here,
The voice of love is ever near
To pierce the quiet solitude
And bring the hungry beggar food.

You've touched a life,
You've touched a heart
You've touched a gentle, living part
Of this vast universe combined
To bring a peace to soul and mind.

To those who have responded so far to our plea for help we humbly offer
our sincere gratitude. The above verse was penned for you. Take it as
my gift for your unselfishness.

With loving thoughts,
