I don't know if this will help anyone in dealing with Kodo's death, but I know that they helped me. You know, when our little ones leave this earth, they don't leave us. They are in our hearts and our memories forever. AND no court or government can take that away. So in a way Kodo still live in all of us who were touched by his life. Do not stand by my grave and weep I am not there, I do not sleep I am a thousand winds that blow I am the diamond glint on snow I am the gentle autumn rain I am the sunlight on ripened grain When you awake in the morning's hush I am the soft up-lifting rush Of quiet birds in circled flight I am the stars that shine at night Do not stand by my grave and cry I am not there, I did not die (I wish I could take credit for the poem, but it is not mine. The only author I have ever seen is listed as unknown. I did this from memory so it might be a bit misquoted.)
