Hello, My name is tony. Althought I do not write messages to the group, I read it everyday and have shared in many of the same exciting and sad experiences one has through owning these wonderful creatures. I am expecting my first child soon and have therfore found a new home in which to start my family. Unfortunately the landlord, although a really cool person, will not allow me to have my fuzzies at the new house. Therefore, instead of placing an add in a paper and trying to sell them to anyone, of which my conscious would haunt me forever, I am putting it to the list of ferrett lovers and families. Here it goes..... 2 lovable ferrets to go to a good home. I cannot and will not seperate these two. (both have been seperated from original companions and would hate to do it again) 1 Male sable, loves everyone, very curious. 1 Female sable, very energetic, curious, a CLIMBER, nips to show affection only. (Don't mean to scare anyone there,... not a bite! Once used to me, she stopped, but anyone new, she explores untill she knows.. see CURIOUS). Both are 2.5 to 3 years old. I have owned them for 1.5 and 2 years. Both a tremendously healthy. I also will include a 3 tray litter box.(yes they are litter trained if it is cleaned everyday) A 3 level cage used for when I'm at work, hand made, 2.5 ft. squared and 5 ft. high. With 2 doors on the front, hinged ramps, and an enclosed back. Also, a large Hammock (hand made), 2 water bottles, a food dish, and numerous sleeping pads and blankets. Because of the size of the cage, I can travel up to two hours from Bowling Green Ohio, where I reside to bring everything to you and ensure a good home to my fuzzies. However if you are interested or know someone that is I can arrange to meet you half way if you reside outside that range. I am really sad to have to let them go. But I know I will feel better about the whole thing if the person who adopts these two has some connection to this wonderful ferrett group. I can be reached at this number (419) 354-2013 after 5:30 daily. If I am not home, leave a message and I will call you back. Or you can email at [log in to unmask] This is one of the hardest things I've ever done. Tony [Posted in FML issue 1954]
