I seem to recall, in one of the messages from the Jacobs, that the original
frolic was was initiated by Ms. Midgen.  If that is true, wouldn't that make
her some kind of moron?  After all, a state animal control employee allowing
'dangerous' animals into public contact doesn't seem like sound public
policy.  Plus, didn't the Jacobs had to meet all sorts of paper-trail
objectives (shots, insurance, etc.)?  Did all of that become invalid because
of a minor incident?  Maybe we can get the MI animal control management-types
to review Ms. Midgen's skill set and knowledge base.....(can you tell that
I'm one of those computer types ??  :-)
