For those who like the smell of wood pellets but dislike the sawdust and/or
the waste of good pellets when you try to scoop out the sawdust:

Hold a collander inside a plastic bag (which has first been examined
carefully for tiny holes), dump the contents of the box in the collander,
sift sift sift, and dump the pellets back into the box without the sawdust.
Voila! Clean box containing only unused pellets! Be careful when you dump
it back, though, not to dump sawdust from the bag onto the floor.
