Hi! Can anyone tell me how to tell if my ferret is spayed??? She is about 6 months old and I have an un-neutered male as well (at least he acts un-neutered) If she is not spayed, how do I tell if she is pregnant??? How do I tell if he is neutered??? Is this a vet issue??? I see no scarring on either of them...how long can I wait before I find out if she is spayed...or him neutered? I have changed their diet to ferret food...do I need to do anything else??? I want to promote pregnancy. If I find out she is pregnant, do I need to remove her from the group? (I have five ferrets-4 females, one male; the other three girls ARE spayed) Can someone please help a nervous mother? I've heard too much about mating and it's effect on females and the dangers involved in the lack there-of...how do I know he will mate with her?? Thanks! [Posted in FML issue 1818]
