Apologies for this massive FML.  I'm calling long distance from outside of
Windsor, Canada today (a FFZ :-( ) and don't have time to do quite the usual
editing job, though it's mostly done.  But in particular, note the posts are
NOT SORTED TODAY!.
 
Will be back to normal in a couple of days.
