For some reason the new PBS slogan came to mind:
 
IF YOU DON'T DO IT, WHO WILL???
 
Yes, it's true.  Some ferrets, probably a lot of ferrets, will lose their
lives.  And yes, it is sickening to think about.  But ask yourself this, if
it isn't done, HOW MANY MORE FERRETS WILL DIE?????
