Hi all, I just got a call from a lady who wants to adopt out her 2.5 year old girl ferret to a good home...it took me 0.000000000001 seconds to tell her: "When can I pick her up?" So, I haven't checked with Lisa yet but I'm sure that in a couple of hours TDFFFF will be The Doyle Fuzzy Fabulous Fantastic FIVE!!! I can't wait to see her... Like Lisa and I always tell each other..."millions of ferrets, ferrets for me..." Update: Sammi is doing great after going to the vet for her rabies shot... she is still a baby even tho. she weighed in at 2 pounds, and she is stilled scared of unusual situations...but she did very well and the vet is really, really great!!! She kissed Sammi all over, and made us feel like Sammi was in good hands! Maxie has been bouncing around with "the Maxie-hop" a lot lately...we think she's happy because now Rosie can wrestle with Sammi...and not Maxie =) Rosie is still a brat...but she is the most faithful critter I've ever known...she is always at our sides wherever we go in the house! She is the boss around here, and don't tell her otherwise!!! =) Last but certainly not least, little Miss Wiggles is a treasure beyond description...she takes each step of the stairs at a time...does her little butt-wiggle all the way over to the food dish, and smiles as she chomps down that kibble with her well-healed jaw! The other day Ma was calling to Rosie and Rosie wasn't listening (what else is new) and Wiggles said: "Mother is calling you!" We love ferrets around here so much it is borderline addiction... But then again, the side effects are joy, happiness, and exhiliration...so we're not complaining! Love to all, Dave =) [Posted in FML issue 1674]
