I am so excited!! I am new to the internet and really don't know how to use it but I just received my first newsletter and it wonderful. I especially liked the sauce story. My name is Gina and I have two ferrets. I would like to share my story of how I got them. My brother works for a company called Taylor Oil. When they were building a new office building there were spottings of a rat during construction. Upon further inspection my brother found there to be a very friendly ferret. When he brought her home, after much begging to my husband, your truly got her. My brother named her "Taylor". After a vet visit, she was a 1 yr old sable female that would not have made it through the night due to dehydration, starvation and flea infestation. A year and 1/2 later I went back to school part-time, worked full time and bought a house. This didn't leave much play time for, the extremely spoiled Taylor, and I. So through the internet I found a shelter and adopted "Dallas". She was about a year old and mostly white with a pink nose. We, the introduction was very touch and go. Dallas was very used to other animal and Taylor was not. After months of hissing Taylor got over it and they are the best of buds. I thought one ferret was great two is like a comedy show. The day we moved into our house there was a cat that never left. So, Piglet was a new member of our family. In addition, I found a stray kitten Slyvester. He was about 6 weeks old when I got him. Taylor and Dallas love to kick the *?!@# out of him. Any suggestions on how to make the girls do nice-nice. The vet said to let them fight it out but I am worried about the kitten scratching at the girls eyes. I hope you enjoyed my story. It makes me feel good to know I was able to rescue four animals. Like I said I am new to the internet but if you would like to e-mail my address is [log in to unmask] or [log in to unmask] Only one works I don't know which one.
